We want visitors to relax and linger.
Our wine tasting room is very much the way we hope people will think of our farm: welcoming, authentic, intimate. It’s a place we want visitors to be able relax and linger. Like a home, it has evolved, changed, and hopefully surprised. And we’ll see that it continues to.
Our tasting room is open from Wednesdays to Sundays between 11am and 4pm. You may be able to visit us for a wine tasting by arrangement on Mondays or Tuesdays.
If you’re unable to visit us in person, feel free to phone or email us to chat. Of course, you can buy our wines online.
RESTAURANT & PICNICS
We keep it simple and special.
We don’t have restaurant-like formalities or standard menus. But whatever we serve, it’s always fresh, simple and delicious.
We usually offer a range of oven-baked pizzas. If the mood grabs us (and it usually does), we serve foods that are guided by the season, inspired by the moment, and made from scratch using locally-sourced ingredients (often as local as our own vegetable, herb and flower garden).
Our picnics have become a famous favourite, and there’s no shortage of outdoor spaces to enjoy them in or astonishingly beautiful views to indulge them in.

EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS
We design and style. We plan and co-ordinate. We cater and host.
Newstead has become a sought after venue for weddings, launches and other celebrations. Our guests have come from around the corner and around the world.
Every event is bespoke, curated with you in mind, and made to create life-long memories.
We can cater for up to 180 people at Newstead, or up to 600 on the polo field.
On occasion, we also host our own events and parties, including Saturday artisan markets, Harvest Blessings, The Secret Solstice, and polo parties.
